Go to the Canal District and check out all the fun little shops and restaurants.
Top ones to check out: seed to stem, birch tree bread, bedlam bookstore, Worcester public market, lock50, baystate brewery, mochi doh, insomnia cookies.

Honestly. This is for sure going to make me look a little closer in to brands I buy from now.
Support a local business or billionaire conglomerate.

Theyre not medicinal but they are fair and honestly good quality. I get cbd for $30 it lasts a month. Last placed charged 107 for the same and it didnt work even half as well.

Rec only sadly, due to MA's current requirement that med companies be vertically integrated (aka having their own grow). That rule may change soon.
Their prices are pretty good even with tax though, their focus is mostly on affordable products since they're aware of the economic reality of the neighborhood they're in.

Why would you get a fine for having a pile of leaves in your own yard? I can’t find anything on the city of Worcester site indicating this is a thing.

I'd like to support a spot like that. I usually go to Botanist on Pullman. Where is major bloom?

It will be interesting to see if you are correct. The place going into the Hangover, positions itself as a martini bar with gastro pub food. To me that doesn’t sound like a winner, but I guess it might meet your criteria of originality

What is the cost to the average commercial property owner?

I'll second Birch Tree (best pizza in the city). Chashu also does jazz nights on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.

Are they recreational only or do they have medicinal as well? Looking for a medicinal option closer to me as I recently moved and don't live down the street from Mission like I used to.

sticking with Major Bloom to support black female business.

Yeah I noted at the time how weird it was that the Hangover was regularly recommended on here and Worcester Eats, and then everyone said it sucked when they closed. People saying they never heard of Buck's when it seemed popular up until now is similarly weird.

I'm just curious: Why didn't he purchase the Fall River location?
Edit: After posting this I realized that location probably does significantly less business than the other 3.
