Dude ground beef is like the left over crap that cannot be sold. It gets ground up so you cannot see how bad it looks….

Don’t get me wrong, I love food. I eat most steaks rare. unless they are very fatty, then I’ll bring the internal temp up to 137. Never with ground beef though, that’s just nasty.

If I cook burgers (rarity), I’ll only cook them like smash burgers. Regular old hamburgers are just plain boring.

I kinda suspect that in addition, medium rare probably keeps the center well in the danger zone for bacterial growth, and without ever getting it high enough to kill bacteria, they're worried about ground beef sitting around in that temperature zone on a shelf and then in a car ride or even longer before being consumed.

I really wish I could give you an idea of the cost but I have not priced things out in a long time! I do know that materials have almost tripled since the pandemic, like copper fittings, valve’s, and even solder is $40 per roll. Whatever you do, don’t go with the low bidder and if possible try to get a reference! I just went through hell with a roofer that was highly recommended from friends and had great references! The price will probably shock you Best of luck to you

I’ve been 3 times and I’ve never had a good meal at either location. The burgers taste like they were frozen, the poutine tastes like they use jarred gravy, the buns were stale every time. I’m baffled by the people that recommend this place. I’d pick 5 Guys for a burger every time.

When I did residential work I swore by Buderus for boilers supplying baseboard or a hydro air system. If you are replacing a hot air furnace there are tons that your installer can recommend, the codes have dramatically changed in the years over venting. You may have to direct vent out a wall, or if you were venting out the chimney before that, it may not work with new equipment. The codes changed because the exhaust from the equipment was deteriorating the clay liners in chimneys and destroying them, now chimneys have to be lined and inspected. Bafaro has been around forever. Pinnacle HVAC does great work!! I no longer do anything residential. I hope this helps
