Generally its required that anyone over the age of 18 living it the space needs to be named on the lease (and honestly you WANT this because that makes them equally legally responsible for everything). Its really down to the land lord to decide on what is at issue but there are no restrictions beyond what the lease says and fire code about how many people (adult, named, child or otherwise) occupy a space. I'd search mass.gov for tenant laws and also just read the lease, as what tenancy means it will all be spelled out there.

They only did well when Hanover was open. Other nights when working there i was lucky to see 5 customers.

Honestly, long overdue. Numerous employees had to take legal action to get more than 2 months of pay, plus the whole thing with his wife exposing him for sexually assaulting her daughter.

Good riddens.

I feel this is a very long shot as for most, the few teaspoons of sugar in a good loaf of bread you will find at an artisanal bakery is negligible especially considering that bread is mostly carbohydrates/sugars.

However, I just checked my recipe book and the only recipes for bread I have that do not require sugar are sourdough.

I feel calling around to bakeries and asking if they add sugar into their sourdough bread will be fruitful. Barring that get some starter and get baking!

I'm trying to cut it out of my diet as much as possible. Sugar isn't necessary to make bread. The yeast will eat the naturally-occurring sugars in the flour if no extra sugar is present. It just takes longer to rise.
Ideally, I'd just like a basic "(whole wheat) flour-salt-water-yeast" loaf of bread that I could buy.

Thanks for the info! Glad it sounds possible then for us. Since we all have such low standards we’re probably going to go for the cheapest place we can get close to a train station and figure out the rest from there lol (as a cheap place is more likely to approve my brother and I’s incomes). There’s so many factors including a messy personal life (tldr: mom’s very mentally ill, hoping to get her in a group home the same time we move) to tie up before moving -_-

I mean we had 6 people living in a 3 bedroom for a few months before it became… untenable. As far as the lease goes I would say have your brother and you apply for tenancy and if you have income and references you should be good and then add the tenants to your lease. Ask about roommates when negotiating the lease contract and make sure you read and understand the contract before signing.

Come on now. The people that own this place aren't stupid. If it is true that the ceiling is too low, I feel confidently certain it's not because they wanted to recreate Fenway so accurately that it would restrict them from major revenue opportunities.

Owners: Let's make our new ballpark so perfectly true to Fenway Park that even the loading docks can't take trucks.

Architects: You got it!

Geez, I thought our tax dollars were supposed to pay for infrastructure. I was unaware that private enterprises were also tax collectors. Sounds like the same kind of scam as finally resurfacing a pothole cratered road only to dig it up again to replace pipes. A friend in Charlton lives on a quiet back road that's been torn up for a long time and little at a time the road work has been completed. It's going to be repaved from end to end when its done. My friend said he thought it was odd to see so many different companies involved besides the road people. There have been all sorts of energy and communication companies and surveyors up and down the road. He told me he saw a couple of guys doing something with a large drone. Someone he knows works for the town old him it's all at the behest of Amazon. Something tells me his road isn't going to be quiet for long. I just wonder who's going to pay for all of this.

Well, there isn't.

I have. They say its because I have a smart meter so it doesn't show my usage. This is one of the reasons I think they're trying to screw me on my electricity bill.

>I have no explanation for that.

Then, I don't think you know more than the "average person" and really shouldn't act like you do. You can help someone without sounding condescending and as if you have the "utility worker" version of the doctor complex.
