Nuovo on Shrewsbury St does private events upstairs and seems to have very reasonable prices. I am considering it for a wedding reception.

It would be nice if our leaders would address all the energy problems we have in this country instead of just telling us to go buy an electric car.

I came here to recommend them! I’ve gotten so many piercings done there and they are definitely the best around. Plus they have a great jewelry selection so she’ll get to pick something she likes from day 1, rather than getting pierced with something ugly and having to wait for it to heal before she can have something cute!

Another vote for Piercing Emporium. They are so so good with those being pierced (and they talk to the CHILD if that is who is getting the piercing done). Highly recommended.

Gonna sound weird but look into renting a car from a place that has a spot here in town to return the next day Did that in reverse for a trip last fall and it was far cheaper from a driving service.

Seven saws has a private room, and you can rent the main space as well.

Redemption Rock does rentals and reservations and stuff.

My daughter had hers done at Piercing Emporium at age 11 and they were fantastic. Did both ears with needles at the same time (2 people) and no infection of any kind. More expensive than a mall place, but so worth it. If you go on Saturday, be prepared to wait though.

Piercing Emporium's the best in the city, hands down. If your kid's squeamish about needles it might be worth mentioning they'll exclusively use those, not a piercing gun, but that's pretty standard for any reputable place.

I love the idea that it must have been you who reported them for COVID violations and not any of their hundreds of other customers who probably witnessed their complete disregard for COVID safety measures.

Yep I’m with ya, I keep my house in the low 60s yet the bill is more expensive than ever. It’s very cool of them to make the delivery charge more than the actual usage amount. They should provide us an itemized breakdown of how it actually costs that much to deliver the gas.

I have tried this a couple time late in the evening, Uber prices were ridiculous.

I’ve just heard that it’s not the same, service was slow, food was not as good. Just an overall lesser experience than what they had known it to be.

My house is a bit smaller, also very old (but recently insulated), and my last bill was $350....60 at night and during the day when no one is here. 68 when someone is home. Knocked the at-home temp to 66 when home for this month to see how much of a difference it makes. It's tough! I signed up for the municipal electric rate, but I don't think something similar exists for gas.
