New barber in town at Palace Elite Barber, Prince. He worked at one of my boy’s shop for a couple years in Natick, Title City Barbers. Great shop and Prince definitely brought that quality back to Worcester. Shop is near Main South(at the old bicycle shop on Main/Cambridge St.)

Well, then they used an error to take advantage of someone who was calling and complaining for months, telling them multiple times they couldn't switch out the meter, then suddenly being able to switch out the meter.

I'm confused on the question asking if my bills were actual or estimates. There's no way for me to know. They told me they get an auto reading once per month that tells them how many kwh I've used. But, I used to not be able to read my meter as I had no idea which of the three numbers to look at so I have no idea.

“Misunderstandings and lethargy perhaps produce more wrong in the world than deceit and malice do. At least the latter two are certainly rarer.”

I advise that you are not quick to assign malicious intent, but that you read your contract with National Grid and see what your rights are to correct this obvious error for your time and money wasted. If you cannot resolve with customer service I would contact a lawyer who works for a percentage of the winnings.

The contract may state that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the meter, after which you would have no recourse.

Any chance you would qualify for LIHEAP? They can help out a bit.

So any energy experts wanna chime in on how long these ridiculous rates and etc will keep going on? I know global shit like the war in Ukraine has to do with it and it's hella complicated but if anyone could talk about how we get rates lower - if there's anything people can do from here - that would be great.
