It’s definitely a surface level answer but that’s also how the reader would want to be introduced to these policies and then you can expand upon them.

If you follow up and ask specifics about each bullet separately it will dive into more details and it gets surprisingly good.

I'm surprised it lasted so long. They definitely had an amazing selection, but I always felt like I was gambling eating there. And they didn't even have booze!

Boulevard Diner on Shrewsbury Street has some surprisingly good Italian food. Home made sausage and fresh Italian bread from Culpeppers. Makes a quick tasty lunch stop. They also have typical diner breakfast fare all day.
