I grew up an eastern mass kid. Worcester was always "away" even though it really isn't that far. It's that very new England provincial thinking at work. I rarely came to Worcester before moving here last year.

This is literally my life! I live in Worcester (28f) and have very few friends because of my anxiety too. Would love to make some more friends!

So they used to serve food but they stopped about a year ago. Now it's just beer and a place to bring the prepared food you can purchase at the hot bar.
There are TV's and board games.

Went there once on a whim a few months ago after I got my haircut across the street, it was nice! Google says 12-9 for their hours? 🤷🏻♀️ Maybe they cut back bar hours but didn’t update online.

I've come back and re-read this comment 3 times and I am still smiling.
This, coming from you OP, after having just described yourself as "really shy and struggle to make friends IRL...kind of quiet...", seems to be a huge leap of courage reaching out to a stranger in public with a reciprocal offer of friendship.
Am I just in a sentimental mood tonight? This just really f'in rocks and I think it is beautiful.

Yes and it has pretty good reviews but they’re never open. You can eat your hot bar food there though.
