Yeah, You're right but there doesn't look like there's much else. It's a lousy location. I don't understand this when there is so much vacant land on Rt 20 that has access to the pike and Rt 9. I always thought it was a lousy location for showcase. BTW There's a massive Amazon facility going up on Rt 20 in Charlton. I wonder if they'll find enough people who want to work in that area. The location is surrounded by small towns. There's not a lot of rental properties out that way and single homes start in the $300 thousand range.

I paid 1/3 what I pay here in property tax, and that included waste disposal (including bulk items, as much as I wanted to get rid of, year round).
