I'm not gonna say I believe it didn't happen or anything like that, obviously it did, but there's always been something really suspicious about that Las Vegas shooting. I'm not someone who ever believes in conspiracies about mass shootings but that one something just doesn't add up.

Do you still believe it after reading this?

>The two men were known to authorities, and had been under FBI surveillance for more than a month in late 2021 and early 2022, FBI special agent Mark Tucher said in an affidavit filed in federal court on Tuesday. The agent did not give reasons for that surveillance, but Tucher described himself in the affidavit as an expert in domestic terrorism assigned to the FBI Seattle division's joint terrorism task force.

Who knows. They've already basically admitted it's a lie.

The insurrection is part of it, but have you heard of the Oklahoma City Bombing?

Buffalo Shooting?

Highland Park Parade shooting?

Nightclub shooting in Colorado Springs?

Those Boogaloo shootings in CA?

El Paso Walmart shooting?

Pittsburgh Mosque?

Charlottesville?

Portland Train attack?

Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood?

Overland Park Jewish shootings?

Gabby Giffords shooting?

Wisconsin Sikh Temple shooting?

LAX shooting?

Or the numerous examples of right wing terrorists coming into cities to attack residents?

I mean fuck, even 9/11 was right wing terrorism. Do you really have that poor of a memory?

In just couple years people went from appreciating not having to hide for your life everyday to criticizing branding logos and complaining about quality when there's a billion strains to choose from. You remember when you just got what your guy had? How about explaining to your buddy that you guys spent $40 and its only okay?

Those maps are based on years, centuries, of data. Flooding in your town outside the recognized 100 year floodplain are anecdotal incidents. Expected anomalies that can happen with natural systems. If you want some other anecdotal stories from randos, rather than do your due diligence with official flood maps when you're investing a half million dollars, then you do you. I'm mean fuck science, right?

Came to Silverdale from NOVA. We love the area, and the people couldn't be nicer . Husband works in Seattle and would take the Bainbridge island ferry, but he's still teleworking.

Homes in Silverdale are mostly on hills on either side of the town (which is sea level). So, unless you live near the water It's nothing to worry about. (Flooding)

The Olympic mountains are the background to Silverdale and on clear/mostly clear days, never disappoint.

Good luck with your move. You will love Washington.

Edit added a word.

That's because you ARE a mastermind in comparison to these guys.

You should see the guns they were caught with. A few news articles have carried photos of them. The idea that the modifications they did in any way improved them is almost beyond belief.

In fact, the modifications they did specifically made them guilty of federal firearms crimes, for no benefit to themselves at all, so they're already poster boys for the very last point in your post.

Being from Washington State myself and after residing in Arizona and Texas, I don't recommend this move because:

  1. It's hard to find a job in Seattle and live in Seattle. Cost of living in the city is too high. My daughter works in IT there and struggles to afford rent etc.

  2. It's 10 times harder to find a retail job outside of Seattle where it's cheaper to live and you will deal with exhorbant competition from others wanting your job.

  3. Crime is high outside of Seattle especially in Tacoma.

  4. Traffic is bad

  5. Washington State isn't generous with welfare. Environment goes first..

  6. There's record homelessness in the area as we speak.

  7. Better make sure you can handle the cold and lack of sunlight without complaining. Cold, humid, foggy, gray, mist, rain, ice, cold to the bones.

  8. People are mean (based on reports from out of state people lol).

If you have family in the state or landed a decent job, I would recommend it but your situation isn't ideal.
