A lot of those towns on the Idaho side used to have large logging operations that have since dwindled so more stuff in Idaho although some of it is technically outside of the actually Palouse region. The Washington side has more generational farms so less buildings in general but also less that is abandoned and still standing. Good luck, would love to see the photos when you’re done!

All surveys have their problems. None are or can be perfect but they do reveal something if there is significant differences. In this case, sex partners across states. If not at all accurate, then it shows Washington people more likely to lie in a self reported survey than any other state.

You probably don’t know 54.8 people currently but you probably met 1,000s or 10,000s in a lifetime. And some people meet more than others and some more so in their young adult years, and some people have casual sex more often than others. Every state has their extroverted easy going sexually open and attractive minority that have high body count but survey suggests Washington state might have a larger minority of that type of group.

FOR THIS SURVEY, THAT INCLUDES ANYONE THEY HAVE PARTICIPATED IN SEXUAL ACTIVITIES WITH, INCLUDING: SEXUAL INTERCOURSE, NON-PENETRATIVE SEX, ORAL SEX, MASTURBATION, ETC., WHETHER THEY WERE IN AN EXCLUSIVE RELATIONSHIP OR NOT.

They’re counting any sex act, and I’m guessing their sampling wasn’t diverse. No wonder their results are significantly higher than the CDC, which reports opposite sex vaginal, oral, or anal sex partners only.

Probably. I mean, it’s all perspective. This area definitely makes people materialistic and encourages having “things” and “education” plus inflation and cost of living equals “you need to make more money” unfortunately. If you want to be more simple and content, I’ve seen plenty of people live comfortably on less. But it’s all what you want out of life tbh.

You replied to me, so I’m responding in kind. I don’t think that necessarily indicates an argument or disagreement of any sort. Like I said, if you’re doing well, awesome. Keep at it, and continue to save for the day that situation may change. Just some advice from someone who’s lived by the paycheck for almost 20 years, and will have to give the same to his kids some day.
