After they play Catch-up, he should relish the opportunity.

Here's a preview of the story:
Less than two weeks ago, Heinz set out on a now-viral mission to find Elvis Francois, the man who survived nearly a month at sea by eating nothing but ketchup and seasonings. On Monday, the company told CBS News that they found him in Dominica – thanks to the internet and local reporters.
Francois, 47, rose to internet fame earlier this year when he was rescued by the Colombian military, who shared that Francois became lost while working on his boat in St. Maarten after the weather shifted and carried him out to sea. He wasn't able to navigate his way home, so all he could do was "sit down and wait" – and live off the little bits of food he had on board, "ketchup ... garlic powder and Maggi," a brand of soup.
His story prompted Heinz to put out a call for people to help them #FindtheKetchupBoatGuy so they could gift him a new boat that they promise will be "equipped with full navigational technology to avoid another disaster in the future."
"The hunt is over," a spokesperson for Heinz told CBS News on Monday. "Through the power of social media ... Elvis was located in the Caribbean on the island of Dominica."

it is funny to watch the evolution of false information gradually change over the course of months.

Very well explained. You seem to be very aware of the situation and employees’ and management’s mindsets as well.
I can sympathize as I’m in an industry that has long working hours and poor pay in general. Took me a decade and a few jumps to land into my current niche where I can make reasonable salary with reasonable hours.
All the best to you!

That's great. I think there was another couple in a very similar situation that also made the news, but they got killed early in the war supposedly.

Alright then it would be a serious misallocation of funds. I’m not saying that connecting people from small towns to big cities is a silly thing for the government to do, but going with the most expensive option of doing so definitely is. The government right now operates the essential air service which does basically what you said, connects people in small towns to big cities, and it does it for over 150 small towns across the U.S.. every day as a public service. However, the EAS only spends about 350 million a year total in subsidies to these routes.
Like I said before for a 50 mile stretch of track its 5 billion with a lot of benefits of the doubt, which is over 14x that, for one single small route. Spending that for say all EAS routes, which again I’ll round out to 50 miles for each even though most are going to be significantly longer is 795 billion dollars. So sure if you want that high speed rail for the small towns to the big cities go for it, but just throw away pretty much all of the defense budget for the year on a single public service very few people are going to use hedging your bets that people will come, and that jobs won’t dry up in those cities super quickly.
You act like government aren’t economic entities. No amount of nationalization or socialism breaks you from being an economic entity. From North Korea to the U.S., money is still king. We can’t go wasting millions on expensive projects that can be done cheaper and pretty much just as conveniently.

Go to YouTube and search for "Florida insurance." Generally the news story doesn't make it to the national news.

Well, usually people name an animal lucky because it was lucky to survive something. Me thinks animals that get lucky like that end up in those situations because they are dumb.

What an incredibly uplifting and inspiring initiative from Air New Zealand! I recently flew with them to Auckland and was in awe of the cultural respect they showed. I'm sure it was appreciated by all the passengers on this inaugural flight that they were making an effort to bring elements of the Māori culture into the air. Kia ora!

Like I said the point is to be able to spread the population so we aren't living like roaches behind a fridge. It's not about economic growth, it's an investment in society, not economy.

This almost made me cry. I’m not from Florida but I look down upon the cruel and insensitive development patterns of the state. It’s really a state that sold its beauty for profit and makes me really upset. It should be the swampy wetlands and scrubland it was meant to be… not endless parking lots,Publix, and single family homes that are gonna get wiped away from a hurricane anyways:((
