If you live close to the German border I suggest you visit the Zoo in Rheine this spring. They have multiple storks nesting there every year.

I was so ready for the ending to be that his 40th birthday party was in America, where you met his wife Victoria, who used to go by Posh Spice.
Thought it was just gunna be a long-winded way to call David Beckham regarded.

Nah. No company wants to upset the balance too much. They all want to together to rig the market. The competition is a facade.
We all know Apple and Google work together for example to maintain the mobile phone duopoly. They teamed up to block Microsoft from getting in on the scene.

Can you drive a car from san francisco to sydney? Very weird example since 99% would use public transportation (plane) nowadays. And that's not a trip you'd be doing often.
Also this is EU law, and neither San francisco nor Sydney are in europe.

This is like my family! My brother is disabled and struggles to connect with folks. He took a liking to a server at steak and shake who was uniquely great with him and my mom started paying her to hang with him once a week. She’s never been trained in disability care but she’s honestly just got all of that kindness and patience naturally. She’s been with our family about 10 years now and we exchange Christmas gifts and stuff as well. Great lady and really just working miracles with my brother who can be quite lonely

>500k mile lifecycle will be commonplace.
That's the far future still, currently you're still looking at significant battery/range degradation and a 20k battery pack replacement during the lifetime of your car. A battery lasting 500k miles will also have a price tag, so you'll likely not find one in an affordable car.
>EVs will keep getting cheaper. The trend has just started.
That's nice, but it has already been confirmed that there is likely not enough lithium on earth to get to net zero, let alone replace every ICE currently on the road, especially considering major growing markets like China and India
>Already more than 10% of cars are electric or electrified
Not even close, it may be more than 10% in some markets, even up to 50% in China but on a worldwide basis it is just slightly over 2%
>The profit margins are no longer there to support the ICE car manufacturing process.
Tell that to companies like Mazda and Porsche.
>If you had to build a product with 10k parts and compete with a guy making his out of 2k parts, how long could you stay in business
Quite a long time, considering the massive and unresolvable supply shortages on a key part of those 2k parts
Only one solution to the mess we're in, and it's hydrogen. It's either Hydrogen for everyone, or ICE's and EV's for the top 10% of society, with the bottom 90% being forced on to bikes or public transport.

I think it just signifies a shifting of the times and the fact that such occurrences will only become more common as women are heading into more traditionally male dominated medical subspecialties. Like they said, assignments are not purposefully made to cater to such an arrangement so both a portion of luck and a portion of growing presence of women in medicine.

Wow! That’s the most insidious wicked low someone has done. They conned someone with an explicit disability and extreme disadvantage compared to an average individual and yet they still head hunted the poor guy like a hawk praying on him with the usual threats of eternally being tortured in horrific unbearable and even totally beyond capable of being able to withstand the atrocities you will bear witness to then further gaslight him by adding he’s actually gonna make the promise to come spend time with him up in heaven? Wow. Just wow. I thought the Nigerians claiming to be a state representative for their country and are bringing a package of absolutely nothing but pure American money 24million dollars worth in fact all they need is for you to pay the taxes and clearance fees so they can receive the money to be able to give it to you. So send them 35,000 at their specific Venmo or probably even actually just wire it if all else failed them. I however love to offer personal checks that I inform them well in advance that I post date each and every single check I write so it’s not able to clear until two full months have elapsed since sending or spending said check in which case I then put a green check mark next to the monetary amount in My ledger indicating the time specified has elapsed and the check is now ready to be cleared. I then tell them I’m all out of stamps to be able to mail it out to them and I buy My stamps in extreme bulk amounts of only strictly FOREVER STAMPS only so I’ll need them to first send Me 40,000 to My Venmo in order to get My necessary stamps and mail the kind man out his freshly inked post dated personal check and I can just bet he’ll be the talk of his entire village being the only guy they ever met to receive an official post dated personal check you lucky dog. But man are these Christians hitting below the belt now

Glad to see exemptions for small manufacturers. It would be a cultural tragedy to ban Ferrari, Lambourgini and similar from selling proper cars.

> efficiency of the power being generated
That's what I said. Power plant are far more energy efficient than ICE vehicles (around 60%), and the electric car itself is about 90% energy efficient.
> Let's not forget all the inefficiency in the manufacture of those vehicles
Which would be almost the same as an ICE vehicle? Besides that, electric vehicle should last more than ICE ones.
An ICE vehicle transmission has around 20 moving parts in it's transmission, requires oil chance and a lot of maintenance. Electric vehicles' transmission consists of 3 parts and require way less maintenance.
A good battery also lasts a long time. TESLA batteries average capacity after 10 years of usage is around 90%.
Even the brake pads are better conserved in electric vehicles because of their electromagnet regenerative breaking.

Well, that’s Putins excuse. In reality, it’s about a multibillionaire with too much power using his slaves as pawns for his & his Oligarchs gains. Deep Water Ports, Coal, Steel Industries, Food Bowl black soil plains and precious and rare metals, natural gas basins and more $. You see, Putin will have more countries sharing his precious borders over a greater land mass because he’s trying to expand Russian interests further to the west. Who’s next after Ukraine? He needs to be stopped now. 2014 would have been better, but now is the last opportunity to put the dog in a cage and under control for the sake of the whole of the free world. How the world responds now to Putin will determine the fate not only of Ukraine, but the rest of the free world as leadership in countries like China, India, North Korea and others watch on chewing on popcorn.
Sadly, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have paid with their lives, livelihoods, homes and more while world leaders across he globe have sat on their hands (no, not all, but many). Tens of thousands of Ukrainian children have been stolen to bolster Russias future gene pool and probably 10’s of thousands of Ukrainian women have been stolen to Russian territories as slave labour. Acts of genocide. Ukraine will be morning their losses for generations.
Tanks can be uplifting when you’re facing an existential threat and suddenly, you’re given equipment and training to enable you to fight to protect what’s yours.

That, along with mandatory manufacturer lithium recycling programs! Lithium batteries are pretty recyclable, you just gotta force them as they won't do it if they save even $5 vs mining more for a new pack
