You don’t need biology to make a family. There are thousands of beautiful, wonderful kids in the system.

He definitely has free medical care through our state health insurance program and likely did right from birth. CT is really good about providing free health care to children and we have excellent hospital systems but lots of parents have a hard time taking care of their kids, even with support.
