Yes, the majority of the patrons will be men. And I'm not arguing that point.

I'm arguing your inference that the demographic listed above is a problem. And that the nature of TopGolf will lead to more drinking than your typical restaurant or bar.

I challenge sexism and bigotry in all forms. I'm not twisting anything you've said. You have said introducing TopGolf into the area will increase DUIs because their demographic is middle aged white men.

There is also an improvised murder mystery show every Saturday night at 7 at Contemporary Theatre Company in Wakefield. It’s hilarious and I highly recommend it!

Oh please 🙄

The majority of the patrons will be men. White, middle-aged, middle-class men. That's the exact demographic they're marketing targets.

It's not sexist if it's true.

Are you familiar with the word eristic? You be better. Twisting words and picking arguments with strangers on the internet sucks and is a huge character flaw.

What if the work benefited society as a whole as opposed to a very small percentage? We already have socialism in US it’s just corporate socialism. I’m asking them to stop hoarding 99/100 pie pieces for themselves while the rest of us fight over the crumbs. Just saying.

I’m sorry to say it, but if $1250 is at the top of your budget you will very likely need to live with a roommate. Even in the surrounding areas the absolute floor is like $1500. Moving in the spring certainly isn’t going to help for sure, but the overall housing market is just batshit insane right now.

That said, if your budget is based on car ownership you may be able to slide up your housing budget a few hundred bucks in exchange for ditching your car. Providence is plenty walkable and if you have a few months you may be able to find a place close enough to work to justify going carless.

  1. Have you ever been to a TopGolf or Golf Simulator like at Patriot Place or TD Garden in Boston?

The fact that it's like a Dave and Busters implies people will drink less, not more. People drink less when they're participating in an activity than they do when they're standing there just drinking. Its common sense.

Why does this even need to be explained?

  1. The crux of your argument seems to be that TopGolf will attract men and men just want to drink. If your boss and his friends get shitfaced at the country club, obviously all men do, right?

Are you familiar with the term misandry? Come on, be better. Sexism in all forms sucks.

I’ve done a search of apartment complexes I’m aware of in North Providence, Pawtucket and Smithfield that are nice, but according to the websites, 1 bedrooms and studios are 1800 and up. As others have noted, I think you will need to look further away from Providence or get a roommate. Sorry!

  1. The fact that it's pretty much like a Dave and Busters. Lots of party's and events will be held there, and what do a lot of people do when they celebrate?

Why does this even need to be explained?

  1. The demographic.

My boss and his friends get shitfaced every Tuesday at the country club. Guys like to play golf, bullshit, and drink.

I’ve gotten local cultivators in a MSO before tho no doubt I always look at the labels , the companies name. I’ll even go as far as to go on the dpt of business website and snoop because it’s all public except some crossed out vital info . It’s pretty wild

I have never been impressed with MSO flower. Nobody wants to admit they're smoking mids.

I had taken a long break from cannabis and then started back up while in Mass a couple years ago. Seeing the difference now between what's going on in Mass and RI's scene is astounding.

The average flower in Mass is old, mold remediated, flavorless, and lacking in aroma.

The average RI flower is smooth to smoke, has flavor, has aroma. We have tons of flower on our shelves from November or newer. December and January is the norm right now for harvest dates.

Our companies share harvest date information over the phone. Mass dispensaries hardly ever do. They insist on answering with testing date rather than harvest date at best. At worst, they make you drive there to check.

I wouldn't try the RI MSO brands because I would suspect more of what's going on in Mass quality-wise.

$1200 might get you in a complex with just a very small room. Pawtucket has some OhKay areas but stay out of central falls. Most mill buildings I work in are well over $1600 now starting for a decent area
