Not sure about RI in particular, but it seems like a lot of people I know are moving to the NE generally. Californians, Texans, and Floridians are moving out for climate (water and wildfires in TX and Cali) and political reasons.

I had a not super experience at Natures medicine and I like Nova Farms, too, FWIW.

You can try a mail order pharmacy such as Amazon or express scripts.

Such a great place - definitely dicey in some areas, but really awesome vibe, there’s something for everybody, and it’s so convenient to get around.

What exactly is the rule you're looking for us to follow? Profit over people?

Focalin is usually a little stronger, I would suggest trying lower doses of dexmethylphenidate. I used to take 20MG of Adderall, but when i switched i found that 5-10mg of focalin worked. Best of luck!

No idea on adderall, but there were/are shortages on amoxicillin. I had more luck with local pharmacies (recognizing that there are few) as opposed to the big chains. And you can actually talk to someone who can tell you if they have it (though dunno if they’d be more hesitant about telling you they have controlled meds in stock).

Same boat tried 5 pharmacies been out of stock for almost 2 months. It sucks but what can you do it was in the news the other day manufactures apparently expect the shortage to last until at least mid april.
