Some Mass guy off my parents road bought a 40k off grid meth camp on a dirt road and then complained to the town for years about the road condition and lack of utilities at his property.
Spoiler: he sold the place I believe.

Good for him! Just goes to show that living in Massachusetts hasn’t impaired his judgment.

2.6 is the after taxes amount.

$2.6M one time payment. So after taxes, that's like a down payment for a place on MDI or Cape Elizabeth.

Is it the tourist dollars? the only major city within driving distance? The major airport? The only professional sports teams north of NY? Do you want to give up the Sox, Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins since Mass is so bad? Weird, flex.

Same here. The neighbor even complimented it today. He was in awe I never had to slow down or shovel. I have a simplicity and it was worth every penny.

Also, the ones that heave the same side effect as the reason you are prescribed in the first place. And until some time in the last 10+ years advertising prescription drugs was not allowed. But now they can as long as they list all the side effects and don’t actually specify the details of why it’s prescribed. Hence about maybe 20 seconds of a vague sales pitch with pictures of happy people, then “ask your doctor about…”, then a huge list of side effects. Pharma is spending a LOT on advertising.

Im sure they will also want to see some affordable housing projects built in their community and will not think that any new developlent will ruin the charm they fell in love with.

I went to Walmart, the super one that is stupid big, Target, Two Lowes and a home depot. It was in none of those. I found something similar but not exact at Mardens. They aren't everywhere. Have the day you deserve.

Some people even have heated driveways.
seasonoftruth22 t1_jb2v38i wrote
Shoveling multiple times is really the same amount of work. I have a neighbor who gets rid of the heater banks for me...I shovel a space for 4 cars and paths to many animals.

I’ve got nothing against our average MA brethren. Only the Boston suburbanites. Not even the people who grew up in the city. Just the suburbanites.
