So you can correct me by saying heroin is opiates and pills are opiates but I'm in the wrong by differentiating between pills and heroin?

There are three houses on that road that are very very similar, all that remains of a planned vacation community.

Her home was slighty down the road towards the end. It’s a pretty small road, lol. We had to walk from the bus past it because the bus couldn’t make the sharp turns. so sorry my memory of the exact location was slightly off.

There is no building on the other side of the road.

Yes I know that. Her families home was right on the River. Is it Verona Park Road?

Across the road is the Penobscot River.

Hmm, what kind of government is it that's famous for taking over private business and making it state-run?

I'm aware it's in the same class. But most are referring to pills when they say opiates.

Sure, it's fear. Though like a lot of fears it seems to be misplaced. If you read actual reports of trans related violence victims the vast majority of them appear to be domestic violence, or random. ( Stabbing in a fight at a party, killed in street robbery etc) In various lists I don't see a single report alleging any random violent trans related hate crime in the US last year. Certainly not any in Maine....

" They are spending your money to lie to you."
That's why I have not paid their new bills in full. I send what I have budgeted for monthly electricity bill. It never went over that amount but always left change in account.
Now that the winter high bills for a 1 Bedroom Apt. went from $ 90 to $ 150 for their new AD campaign and since they're mad Voters said NO in Nov. to their thru-state Powerline, they can suck eggs.
I send $ 90 a month. No more than that. Let them rack up the remaining debt and that's when I file a Consumer Complaint to the AG.
Electricity will never go off because I'm paying. Just not the THEFT AMOUNT for their AD campaign & gouging.

I grew up as a jehovahs witness and they used this same technique. Pretty incredible how people can call everyone else sheep while in line at the feeding trough.

It’s not like I study the trans community, but people wearing pins isn’t necessarily an indication of trans representation in Maine. One of the reasons most of the queer bars are closing is that people aren’t as segregated. It’s just Maine culture— you could have a large queer community but you’re just as likely to find them at the weekly boardgame meeting, bowling club, or shooting range. Mainers are pretty integrated in this state, there are so few people that they don’t tend to silo themselves.
Portland is large enough that it’s the exception to the rule.
