I’m twice your age and I know that it’s been around forever and a curiosity to people, especially those who are inclined to do recreational drugs. There’s always been this hope that we can find magic in the things that make us feel good, like on our days off. There’s still needs to be a lot of research. Keep in mind that the United States went through a period of time where we felt like cocaine was medicinal.

Do you/they know who the servers are? That’s a small enough place I’d imagine their waitstaff is limited enough that it should be easy to identify them.

I’d like to see the individuals that tried to pull that shit brought to justice rather than people avoiding the restaurant. That’s scary stuff btw, I’m glad you’re friends were able to get home safe enough to get away from them.

Being drugged has nothing to do with her sobriety. It's not a narcotic. She's not going to relapse because of the drug she was given. You don't relapse after taking a vitamin. There is a valid point of mentioning sobriety when they were drinking, since you were the one who wrote it in your post. If she relapses it will be because of the traumatic experience, not because of the Rohypnol. I hope charges are brought against them and they spend time in jail. It's an awful thing to have gone through.
