It's amazing that none of these folks ended up with charges. Just a few dozen criminals hanging around Maine, taking jobs, probably continuing to abuse people just like they did for decades. Really gross.

It depends what type of camp you're looking for. Overnight and sports camps may fill up quickly, but day camps tend to always have availability (or at least, that was the case way back when when I worked for them).

What sort are you looking to send your kids to?

There are people in Maine making it work on two incomes and $70k annually. No, it’s not easy but it’s like that everywhere.

I think what you might be trying to ask is if $200k/year let’s you live a privileged life or if you will need to worry about pinching pennies. That is up to you how you choose to live on an income 3 times the average US two earner family makes.
