The originally left Topsham, headed to the Maine Mall, but ended up lost in Massachusetts. Family tried guiding them over the phone but they ended up lost in Exeter, NH.

They called the police who tried to guide them back to Maine, and the next day they had driven clear across the state up to Springfield.

From there, they tried to get south again, but ended up in East Hancock.

I’m trying to be optimistic because I want things to turn out alright for her. Yeah she won’t be the same, but I don’t want to write her off as someone destined to a miserable life because of this one event. Also again, as I said above, I don’t want to fight about pitbulls with people because I don’t think this is an appropriate place to do it. If someone wants to make a post about pitbulls ownership laws in Maine, go ahead, but I don’t think it’s respectful to do it here.

They can but the mall closing cuts into revenue they would have received from mall shoppers... AND if the mall failed to pay their maintenance and no one plowed it will get hairy . If water is included in the rental agreement and there is no water, the salon can't open. Even if they plow that part of the mall and take it off their future rent. They are already losing money my the mall being closed.and they should not pay future rent until the mall reopens. It will be up to corporate. They should sue. All of the stores should. I'm not a lawyer.

It doesn't seem logical that they actually made it anywhere near NH. They were reported missing from Springfield/Topsham. Then they're found in East Hancock? So they drove like 300 miles southwest, then turned around and drove back 250 miles northeast? I mean, I suppose it's plausible, but it really weird.

I hope she’s okay. One thing that made me feel a little better was reading "And she doesn't hate all dogs, at least; that's what she told me. She just doesn't want to see that one again," she continued.”. Going through life being terrified of dogs would be very hard considering they’re everywhere, so I’m glad it seems she won’t have to be afraid all the time. No one would blame her if she was though. I’m sure that despite what happened she will go on to live a happy fulfilling life. She seems to have a good family who can support her.
