I had sciatica from a herniated disc when I was younger, I know what pain you are in. You have my sympathies.

I get recurrent neuro pathic pain, very similar to sciatica but different nerves, in my legs now due to hip arthritis. My orthopod prescribed Pregabalin, which has successfully managed that pain until I can get a new hip, hopefully soon.

You might want to consult your MD or a specialist.

How can you personally tell if someone is high or not? I'm medicated most of every day yet when people fordt meet me they don't have a clue that I smoke until I tell them.

Working on hip mobility, glute strength, and regular use of a ‘Chirp Wheel’ cured me. After years of regular pain, I feel ten years younger.

I have a super warm parka that I got at the North Face outlet store in Freeport. It retailed for like $350 or something, but I got it for $100. Its warm as all getout.

Most of them you kinda just walk around, look at them and take a picture. Many are at very scenic places, so you know, you walk around and take a picture. Maybe bring a lunch and sit and eat your lunch while you look at the lighthouse.

There may be special days when you can go inside/up some of them, but not really. There are some that have little museums attached. Some are on islands, so unless you have a boat, you can't go there.

I can't believe I'm explaining how to go to a lighthouse to someone.

There's more to Maine than lighthouses. Like towns, and other shit to go look at. Check out some blogs on Maine tourism ideas, not hard to find.

Edit: I vaguely recall going up to the top of the Owls Head light, but that's not a very tall lighthouse at all.

Yeah, DOT does random drug tests all the time, and they are very sensitive to TCH/CBD. I met a trucker who got busted by a test 32 days after having some. Lost his license for a year. Truckers can't have it, even with a prescription.

I've noticed it being more prevalent more now. Especially at my place of work. But you are right as well.
