I finally got my wife to stop updating me on Kim Kardashian only to turn around and essentially narrate current events on Twitter to her. I have become what I wished to destroy.

Sick pay is not always "use it or lose it", and PTO (personal time off) is often combined sick and vacation time. It's a good idea to bank up a month or so if you can do so. If nothing else, it's a nice pay out when you leave. Don't just burn it off frivolously.

My dad is a mechanic and he uses them to filter motor oil to see if there's any metal shaving and for filtering gasoline as well. Coffee filters are a lot more useful than you think.

Equally, if you’re worried about food sticking, put the cookware in very hot dishwasher and wait for it to cool down enough to clean.

Once you've got some basics down, watching film and TV in that language, with subtitles in the same language. It almost feels like cheating for how effective it can be for how little effort

Twitter was a weird platform for it's content enforcement
ISIS? Not fine but we'll take months to react to them.
Trump? Ban.
People using alt-right emojis? Ban.
Someone being racist to white people? All good.
Verification was even stranger for me, random safe political commentators could get verified but I couldn't get my gaming studio done with proof of address, bills, a game on steam, registered trademark, business bank with a trading name and more if they asked. Absolutely infuriating

It makes it super easy to identify whose is whose without having to open it to the picture page. by travelingsoul83
I just keep them all inserted to the picture page then the next in the same page open to the next.. poppa, momma then baba.. simple. return to form after checkpoint.

I clean the shower while I'm in it, then proceed with bathing, and wipe it dry when I'm done.

Block people you don’t want to hear from. Don’t just swipe past them, block them and get them out of your feed.
