Bro look up stuff about overemployment. My cousin works 3 IT jobs and rakes in over $400k a year. I spoke to this guy for a company that sold me a software program for one of my companies. I don't want to say the name because I don't want to get him in trouble, but he told me he also makes over $300k working for multiple IT jobs. I think IT is the way to go, luckily I invested well and have multiple sources of income, but if I had to start from scratch today, I would go into Software Engineering. Also don't knock on learning a trade welding and electrical coming handy a lot in life. Heck if you have the opportunity get your CDL or look into heavy machinery operating those are always in demand and pay well. A CDL is so diverse beyond just being a trucker.

That’s a good point! All of mine have both! If someone finds your pet they should know how to contact you!

I came here to make this comment. It's not just your neck, it's also all of the muscles that attach to your neck.
Strengthen and lengthen!

Please also make sure they have a normal tag too. I've found 4 dogs over the last bit with airtags but no other contact info so I have no way to return them home.

It's counterintuitive, but a hearty walk can help... like long enough and brisk enough to where you get your heartbeat up for like 20-30 minutes.
I had my neck go out dozens of times over a period of several years, and took me longer than it should have to realize that staying home and staying immobile made the injury linger... whereas some light physical activity helped the pain go away quicker.
To prevent in the future, pay attention to your posture... particularly when using cell phone and laptop. At moments when you realize you're in an awkward position, make the effort to change to a better position. Once i started doing this, I stopped getting neck pain.

I had a similar issue. Went to the doctor and he prescribed me Muscle relaxers. All good now.

Hey, honestly, you won't use all of the hydrogen peroxide in one go. You need to get a towel and put it on the opposite side of the fabric, get the bottle of hydrogen peroxide and pour some onto the stain, and dab with another towel.
You can alternatively use some oxyclean dissolved in water in place of the hydrogen peroxide.
Just ask your folks to get some, if they're reasonable people they'll understand. It's like one dollar.
Unless you're trying to conceal that you're cleaning blood off your sheets. In that case I would say to borrow a bottle from a trusted friend or something.
Anyway, idk your life but good luck !

Congrats on the Biology degree!
It sounds like you have some experience in the IT field. In that case, look for public sector jobs in IT and Media Relations.

Love that phrase “emotional tampon” because that is the perfect way to describe it. While it’s a way to vent your frustration in the moment and you feel comfortable showing your family your ugly side, it’s hurtful and damaging to your relationships.
As others have said, it’s a good idea to get therapy and figure out why you’re being triggered. Do you have an undiagnosed mental health issue that makes you angry? Do you have control issues?

Read a good book on anger management. Get some counseling. You’ve taken the first step.

I’m 50s now but tore my ankle ligaments during practice after my best season ever and never went back. Running, drumming, bass playing kept me hyper competitive with myself (running competitive with others). Look outside of sports. Anecdotal, sure, but it worked for me.

There is a podcast I listened to while I walked that helped me a lot, “That emotional crap”
I honestly may need to listen it it again as a refresher. I deal with the same, be open with yourself and others about your feelings. It’s usually your bad mood building because you suppress so much. Be open and honest

Softball or golf also help. I made fun of golf my entire life, and now I absolutely love it. Great competition with a few of my lax buddies for the last 15+ years

Not a medical professional and you might want to see one but… I use a cervical pillow and it helped tremendously with some neck pain I had after transferring to a desk job. I haven’t had it since using the pillow. Anecdotal of course but may help in your situation.

It's a common household product. Most people keep it for cleaning scrapes and removing bood stains. Ask your mom, she likely has some.

Reply to LPT: When talking to old people or people that are hard of hearing, start the sentence slowly, in order to catch their attention and avoid having to repeat yourself. by 70Ytterbium
I'm a seasoned citizen, and I can tell you that it's very difficult to track with a conversation if the other person is a fast talker. I couldn't hold a convo with Ben Shapiro if my life depended on it! I've been known to interject, "Hold on a damned minute, I can't listen as fast as you're talking!" Slow down, enunciate carefully, maybe even kick up the volume slightly. At the start of a convo it's like my brain needs a couple seconds to get itself properly focused, so I'm playing catch up from the jump! My wife has a behavior that messes me up- at the end of whatever she is saying, her volume drops intil it becomes unintelligible, and I have to ask her to repeat, which becomes frustrating for her. I also have tinitus in a major way, and that doesn't help either.
