How is this the only comment with the real solution? Get local authorities and/or the landlord to enforce noise violations. Stop the problem at its source

I got more into lifting and back into soccer after doing track/cross country in uni. Then this fall me and some friends got into climbing. I’d say try to find some activities you think you’d enjoy doing and join a recreational league. Can also get into coaching if you really love swimming. As others have mentioned triathlons could also be something competitive to get into

You're using your family as an emotional tampon. You believe you can selfishly drop toxic baggage using a construct of "something they did" excuse with the misguided belief they can take it into perpetuity.
Ask yourself this simple question: If a total stranger walked up to you. And said...what you said.. to your family members how long would you keep them around?

There's this place called Wal-Mart. You should check it out. Go in there and when the old lady says "Welcome to Wal-Mart" you say,
"Where the hell is the hydrogen peroxide, lady."

I HATE driving near motorcycles. They're always driving erratically all over the road. They don't know what a straight line is. They're always either driving too slow or too fast. I always have to give them more considerations than any other driver just because of what they decided to drive that day. I always pray that they're going to get away from me as soon as possible.

Finding a therapist would be the best move here.

Hello self. It’s hard to not overreact sometimes. I don’t know what it is but you have to have a way to remind yourself while you’re angry that this isn’t how you want to act when you’re angry. This may sound weird but plan in advance how you’d like to act when you’re angry and at least start putting that into your subconscious. When I get angry I was to speak in this tone and phrase things more like this. Run through it in your head a couple times and keep it holstered. Another way might be to think of people you know that handle situations really well. Maybe someone you admire for being so calm and collected. Try to act more like how you think they’d act.

Be proud that you gave your best effort and had probably the time of your life and made memories that will last your entire life. Life is full of chapters and do your best to accept one has ended but be excited because another is about to begin. You will find your next challenge, if it’s in the same field or even if it’s not a sport at all. You got this.

You can buy special products for this. If you want to try household items first, try making a paste out of baking soda, salt, and water. Let it sit on the stain for a bit and then add some more water and scrub the sheet by rubbing it against itself (the salt granules will do the scrubbing part). It works better if you haven’t tried to wash it already but it might be worth a try.

And are you also following all the laws and precautions while operating your vehicle? Yes? Coolio, there doesn't seem to be any issues here. No? Well... lmao
