Have you tried the cold wash and hydrogen peroxide treatment?
Spraying Shout works, too.
Or just replace the bedsheets. If you've had them long enough to not notice the blood stain, you should probably invest in a second set of bedsheets anyway.

Body wash I'm assuming

Hydrogen peroxide dissolves blood. Neutralizes to water too.

correct, and calculate biwk as X 2.17. If months were exactly 4 wks long, we would have 13 months since we have 52 weeks in a year

Reply to LPT Request: Dealing with neck pain for the past 3 days, what should I do next? What can I do in the future to prevent this? by DaisyClaims
I have chronic neck and occiput pain that is slowly improving as I focus on my posture. I had luck with this deep stretch video. Also, to work on my forward head carriage I do “Ws” which are taught here at 5:44. The stretches helped relieve the neck pain and the Ws helps prevent it. Good luck!

chiropractors are completely unregulated and pseudoscience. a massage therapist has more licensing and training. in fact, there are 1000's of lawsuits, including CHILDREN who have been paralyzed and hurt long term from bad chiropractors.
go to an actual massage therapist and a physical therapist. with actual degrees and training. fuck chiro. scum bags.

Reply to LPT: When talking to old people or people that are hard of hearing, start the sentence slowly, in order to catch their attention and avoid having to repeat yourself. by 70Ytterbium
THANK YOU! I can hear fine one-on-one, but if there is ambient noise like music or dishwasher, it's much harder to catch. Many times a day, family members start talking to me when I can't hear them and then get irritated when I ask them to repeat. I have asked if they would just say my name first and wait for me to tune in, but nobody has ever done this. These days I often just let it go and don't respond unless they request a response from me but it's not the best way to carry on family life. They feel ignored and I feel isolated.

Don't let a chiropractor touch your neck

The last time this was posted an audio engineer replied and actually explained the differences between white, brown, and pink noises.
Maybe since you reposted the OP you can also dig up that reply and post it because it was more interesting.

Go to the doctor please. I/anyone can’t offer you any relief if we don’t know what the root of the problem is. It may be be very superficial or it could be a pinched muscle/nerve.

if my doctor recommends a chiropractor then I'm finding a new doctor

A good acceptance is just being happy and remembering the memories you’ve made. Like, being happy you got to play an extra 2-4 years while some people’s careers end at High School. Or, perhaps join small leagues in your free time so your career doesn’t have to end

A lot of people are suggesting picking up other sports or competitive outlets that are unrelated. But you can still stay involved in your specific sport by being a coach and imparting your knowledge and experience on the next generation of athletes.
It will provide you with a sense of pride and accomplishment to see those that you mentor succeed in the sport that you once succeeded in.
