A lot of people are suggesting picking up other sports or competitive outlets that are unrelated. But you can still stay involved in your specific sport by being a coach and imparting your knowledge and experience on the next generation of athletes.

It will provide you with a sense of pride and accomplishment to see those that you mentor succeed in the sport that you once succeeded in.

I have chronic neck and occiput pain that is slowly improving as I focus on my posture. I had luck with this deep stretch video. Also, to work on my forward head carriage I do “Ws” which are taught here at 5:44. The stretches helped relieve the neck pain and the Ws helps prevent it. Good luck!

chiropractors are completely unregulated and pseudoscience. a massage therapist has more licensing and training. in fact, there are 1000's of lawsuits, including CHILDREN who have been paralyzed and hurt long term from bad chiropractors.

go to an actual massage therapist and a physical therapist. with actual degrees and training. fuck chiro. scum bags.

THANK YOU! I can hear fine one-on-one, but if there is ambient noise like music or dishwasher, it's much harder to catch. Many times a day, family members start talking to me when I can't hear them and then get irritated when I ask them to repeat. I have asked if they would just say my name first and wait for me to tune in, but nobody has ever done this. These days I often just let it go and don't respond unless they request a response from me but it's not the best way to carry on family life. They feel ignored and I feel isolated.
