This is the professional tip. It's agreed upon by every single market. Calculating it any other way does not make your books more accurate.

That's all well and good. But if I hear "it's our policy" one more goddamn time...

Wondering the same damn thing tbh. It doesn't change when the bills are due...

Reply to LPT: Save at least 1 voicemail from your loved ones. You may just want to hear their voice if they’re not around. by bunnieollie
It's easy to lose voicemails, changing carrier, etc. Record a video when chatting with them about stuff that's important. I'm glad I did with my father.

Reply to LPT: Don't look at your clock when waking up during the night to increase your quality of sleep. It's a lot easier to fall back asleep when you don't keep track of the sleeping time you still have left. by migudude
I tried this once. It was 3 minutes before my alarm and I was angry that I just didn't get up before the alarm.

Especially now in our current everyone is pissed off world. I'm sure not gonna argue with a customer over a $50 item. You never know what they're capable of.

Reply to LPT: If you always listen to music or the radio when you drive, make sure to do occasional drives without sound to listen to your car for a few minutes. Yup happened to me once but luckily the dude survived....

Also you might not have figured out all the shit that's going wrong in your life if you don't sit with your thoughts quietly and let them nag you to death the whole drive home. Why didn't you push that kid back in middle school? Can you really stop the "recreational meth" anytime you want?

Am I good to mention anything I got from Spirit Airlines now that I've been stranded in the Dominican Republic for over 24 hours?
Spoiler: It was a Pizza Hut voucher.

I find saying things loudly (controlled volume) can help, like you're tuning away bad energy. But that also comes from being more confident and look at things in a positive way.

I don't think that probability is going to change...

Sometimes you just have to say something like, "Oh, I'd like this thing!" During the course of the rest of the year. This makes it so they actually do get stuff you like but don't feel as if they shouldn't have gotten you anything. Honestly, I think what you do depends on how open to confrontation you are.

That’s why I said it depends where you are
