My regular diet is full of fishes like hilsa, rohu catla etc. Also most of the time i so consume chicken meat. Should I stop that?

Regular exercise and consistent slow and deep breaths. Lower sodium diet and minimal caffeine will also assist.

At your age, therapy is the easiest answer. At my age (51), I’m starting to realize diet and exercise have a lot to do with brain health. Do a little research and maybe a combination of all three will help. Good job recognizing it at an early age, it will pass.

This is a good point. I guess I am a pessimist by nature.

I think that’s the point. If evidence, real evidence, won’t change their mind, it’s obvious that nothing will.

You can know what would change your mind, but you don’t know if it’s true or not. I can say forever that I know for a fact that the cat in the box is alive, because I can hear it yowling. What would change my mind? Schrodinger, showing me the recording of the cat meowing and the box with the dead cat inside. That doesn’t change the fact that based on my current evidence, I know the cat is alive. I can think of the evidence that would change my mind, but as it hasn’t been presented to me, I’m going to go with my current knowledge.

Exactly. Like Trump could scream at me that COVID-19 is fake until he’s blue in the face, and I wouldn’t believe him even if it was weeks later. A medical doctor, who calmly explained with scientific evidence that COVID-19 is fake, could get me to believe them. Sure, Trump was right, but the way the information was presented and from what I know about the person that presented it, I didn’t believe him.
(I would like to clarify that I don’t actually think COVID is fake. I know better.)

Same here. I've been doing it for so long now that it's practically instinctive.
Admittedly there have been times when I've done this when I'm driving someone else's car with no door handle grips and it just looks like I throw my wallet on the ground lol

Mega Babe makes some great products to address this and other weird body issues. You can also check out the gel-type stuff that runners use on their feet to prevent blisters and just use it on your thighs. In a pinch, regular deodorant will also work (but it works better if it’s a “powdery” kind and not a gel…does that make sense? Like the more solid ones?) but you will have to reapply. There are also all kinds of shorts you can wear under your clothes from bike shorts to shape wear to light and not tight shorts made for this problem (just google around), but whether or not those work will depend on what kind of clothes you’re wearing over it. A lot of feminine styles shorts are too short to cover those things but they’re great with longer shorts or dresses/skirts.

I take mine out and put it in the door handle grip area. It fits there perfectly, and I always have to put my hand there when I'm getting out so no chance forgetting it. In fact, my wallet is almost never in my back pocket when I'm sitting down, probably only when sitting in a restaurant. I had chronic lower back problems from my early 20s and into my late 40s. Stopped sitting on my wallet and the back pain has all but vanished.

Stop keeping your wallet in your back pocket, you will damage your lower back.

Even better: if you don't have a lot of cards, buy a rigid thin wallet like Ridge or something like that. They're not only thin but very comfortable to store in a front pocket.
It is weird sitting in a car without a huge lump on your ass but totally worth it for comfort

Spent a lot of years in the driver's seat for many hours at a time. Took me awhile to learn this lesson but I too agree with you. Made a lot of my back/hip issues much less noticeable. Take your wallet out of your back pocket when driving any distance!
Problem is then I'm always searching for it.

On the opposite side of this is, appreciate your kids and time with them. When they move out, you’ve likely have spent 90+% of the time you’ll get to be with them in person.

Reply to LPT request: How to reduce my anxiety? by quantafolia
It is really hard to think of what advice to give as a strategy I use may not be useful or appropriate for you. I have struggled with anxiety for a long time and still struggle. Anxiety is a normal but when it starts to impact your quality of life, it can be overwhelming.
Consider medication - I found it useful to take way the most intrusive aspects of anxiety and start to focus on self care strategies. I also use a counsellor regularly to check in and test my thinking/get new ideas on how manage particular events that are causing me anxiety.
Creating self care regime is important (frankly for everyone). Exercise, good food, regular contact with loved ones are standard. I also have little things I do like make sure I have shower every day, brush my teeth, air the bed, diffuse essential oils and do the dishes to give myself a sense of control. I am a big list writer - it helps to order my thoughts and stop things from being overwhelming.
The biggest lesson I have learned to be aware of my negative internal thoughts. I can be my harshest critic and I sometimes have to stop and reflect “would I say this to a friend? What would I say to my friend if they came to me with this concern? Will it matter tomorrow, next week or next year?. Everyone has anxiety a some time - it is part of growing to be a better person. No one has their shit together and you are enough.
Make sure you look after you
