It is kind of a horrible idea to tell people to call themselves a counselor or nurse or anything without them actually being that thing. People try that shit all the time in my field and it results in insane amounts of abuse.

I would put a warm compress ( wet wash cloth) over your face and gargle with warm salt water. For post nasal drip I roll tp into plugs and lay on my side for a little while. Also vapo rub or neosporin on chapped skin.

Yeah I can’t imagine any of my friends being upset by me telling them they’re annoying, and I can’t imagine feeling too guilty about someone whose not a friend and doesn’t have the courtesy to respect the boundaries of a non friend
