What do you call a blind fascist? A redundancy. Or a MaGgot. I lived in fascist Spain as a kid. Religion and the church everywhere but it's all just a nationalist symbol. Human life was worthless as if you have no soul. Apologies for the little rant but it's no joke to me when Fox supports Russia.

The joke is funny because steps 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 are missing.
It‘s also unclear as to when one profits from these steps.
