Why do you think we need any advanced AI for a service like Airbnb? Can you give a few scenarios?
For my experience, the issue with airbnb is high fees and scammers. I dont see any other app with the same popularity can resolve these issues easily, definitely not with some advanced AI as the differentiation.

What do you think about you and apps likes your's (Airbnb mainly) are destroying established societies, increasing rents beyond levels of affordable by locals, completely refusing any responsibility (thanks to disgusting, we are just middle man logic) regarding laws, regulations, insurance and liabilities, causing undue stress and problems with other people living around these locations?
Also what do you think in today's society an startup that cannot raise a relatively small 50k $ from regular ways and that has to beg from kickstarters?

Will there be cleaning fees? Given a 5 night stay at 200 a night, what are the expected fees

What do you feel distinguishes your platform versus more established “pre app” rental companies, VRBO or Airbnb?
How do you intend to attract people to the platform as owners/renters?

Bobby Orr! I don't even like hockey but I know that one... Maybe because he's Canadian. Dunno who Ott is.

The NYTimes compiles a weekly list of bestselling books, from various bookstores that report their sales to them. There are 10 or 15 slots for each category per week (fiction, nonfiction, children’s, cookbooks and misc). The categories sometimes change and there are some special monthly categories too. Basically, you need a lot of print sales to make the list—4k-5k depending on the competition that week.

Mine was only a few months ago. I would do USA Today, Dictionary.com, and Washington Post.

I'm not sure it's an accident. One of the papers was the Detroit Free Press and I think the other one was the USA Today but it's been several years and I can't remember.
