Would you take Lebron James or Michael Jordan in a homemade shank fight to the death?

Fair and reliable voting is the goal. We know paper ballots don't solve all problems. Nor does electronic voting.
As to increasing doubt of our election security....
Both the left and the right are casting doubt on elections in the USA.
It's the level of conflict between the far left and the right that's at the bottom of this. Once you have demonized the other side past a certain point, how can they work together to have fair honest elections?
And if the other side is a literal threat to the future, what is a justifiable limit in what you will do to keep them from power?
At least we are not assassinating public figures at the rate we did in the 1960's yet. But how far away are we? Given the level of rhetoric we've heard since Trump got involved?

Not sure what xraying voting machines is supposed to do.

What's your thoughts on taking Rifaximin for IBS-D long-term? Also I drink a lot of milk around 32 ounces a day (the half sugar, double protein, lactose-free) kind. Is this bad for gastrointestinal health even though it's lactose-free?

I have always had what I called a sensitive stomach. I had to be really careful with oily or fried foods, even red meat too. It’s gotten much worse and csn hardly tolerate it now. I’m down for the count after. My stomach is wrecked and I just curl up in a fetal position if I’m able. I always feel extreme nausea, headache, & a bad left over taste in my mouth. I go try tums or pepto bismol but they don’t really help. Friends know but sometimes they don’t realize how careful I have to be with oil. I already avoid these foods but what else could I be doing to help?

Does too much acid cause burping?
I’ve heard a lot about how low stomach acid can cause indigestion, which in turn causes gas build-up in the stomach.
However, lately I’ve been having A LOT of gas (burping constantly, even before I eat anything). When I tried to take HCL Betaine supplements, the burping got worse instead of better. Is it possible the burping / gas could be caused by too much acid? And that I made it worse by adding more acid to it (with the HCL supplement)?

Does colonoscopy preparation/purging (not sure of the proper term) or the colonoscopy itself have adverse effects on the microbiome?

Can you explain how I reversed my dysbiosis, biliary dyskinesia, and myriad of food sensitivities through conscious intervention only?
I’d love to know the science on this!
More info: I suffered with gallbladder issues and IBS symptoms for 4 years, to only reverse it in a couple months by creating a lifestyle where gut problems couldn’t exist (physically, emotionally and thoughts)

I saw something from Michael Pollan that was saying that if you add yeast to the wheat it naturally ferments / digests it so your body can more easily digest it.
I can eat organic bread that comes from a bakery with no gluten related digestive issues.
But if I eat a lot of processed stuff which has wheat flour or things like wonder bread then I have issues.
Usually those issues are constipation and what feels like high blood sugar

Can you talk a little about sugar and the gut microbiome? I’m trying to cut back but it’s extremely hard to limit sugar because of habit, and because it’s in everything. I’m also often confused about whether or not to eat fruit, rice, or pasta, or drink kombucha. What happens to your microbiome when you cut back on sugar?

I've just been diagnosed with ALS and have heard from various sources to start taking a pro-biotic amongst other supplements to keep me healthy and slow down my progression.
My understanding is that most probiotic supplements in stores and online are generally useless and a waste of money. Can you advise on this or give me a recommendation of what I can do to improve my gut health? Thankyou
