You could use menstruation pads, the night ones can keep quite a lot of liquid and they already have glue on. Would they help?

Yes actually! i usually need to wear extra protected pants/shorts with like double boxers. Or i just like tape some sort of absorbing pads on each side of my short's inner legs/thighs
