Bro, this post became depressing AF based on all the responses from people who had no one to rely on when they needed it...it is really fucking sad and I'm heartbroken for everyone who has had to stand alone in their worst storms.

Have another baby. Sadly, my body isn't on board with that. And I've made peace with it.

A NOTE
- By lessening the impact of failure or setbacks in one area of your life, diversification can protect your self-confidence. You become less reliant on any one of your interests, talents, or activities to define who you are and what you're worth when you diversify them. This implies that even if you experience difficulties or setbacks in one part of your life, you may still feel assured and successful in other aspects of it.
- You are less likely to suffer a severe hit to your self-confidence if one of your endeavours fails, for instance, if you are an entrepreneur who has diversified your investments and company interests. Alternatively, you can stay motivated and confident by thinking on your accomplishments and successes in other areas.
- Similar to this, you are less likely to feel like your entire identity is dependent on your academic performance if you are a student who has diversified your extracurricular activities, hobbies, and social groups.
Finally, by decreasing your reliance on any one aspect of your life to determine your identity and worth, diversification may protect your self-confidence. To develop resilience, adaptability, and a positive self-image that can help you maintain confidence and motivation in the face of obstacles, vary your interests, talents, and activities.

Well the dhalai lama is referring to others as the male monk. In western world we often interpret his teachings much more inclusive as they are ment to be in a feudal society.
There is a 1% elite of male monks the other 99% have to provide for.
The dhalai lama knew about the sexual abuse for decades without having any intention on really changing it: https://www.business-standard.com/article/pti-stories/dalai-lama-i-knew-of-sex-abuse-by-buddhist-teachers-since-1990s-118091600055_1.html
In fact colin goldner proofs that the dhalai lama provides instructions for the monks on how to use little girls for the sexual Enlightenment: https://youtu.be/SDuqayOx2Nw
At the moment there is also a shitstorm cause the smiling sociopath is trying to be more inclusive to the western world and as he said if a new dhalai lama has to be a female she at least has to be hot: https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/nancyvu/the-dalai-lama-wants-a-woman-to-succeed-him-only-if-she-is

We've faced moments in our history where we were confronted with challenges that seemed insurmountable. But it's in those moments that we find out what we're truly capable of. We can't let the fear of failure hold us back from taking action and pursuing our dreams. When we remove that fear, we find a strength within ourselves that we never knew existed.
We've seen what humanity can accomplish when we refuse to give up and we fight for what we believe in. Let's not be afraid to push ourselves and reach for greatness.

Dark thought: Narcissists with a motive, people pleasers, and acts of genuine kindness suddenly look the same.

The key is convincing yourself that you have worth independent of your wins and to focus on not passing judgement on yourself.
