No, im afraid of homelessness. This bs idea that failing doesn't have real consequences for most people.

We all make mistakes in life, some minor, some major and some catastrophic. But your here, you have are in your lungs and you are willing to improve yourself. That willingness is the more important than any resource you have. You had money and assess to education and everything you could have asked for but now you have something you didn’t before, perspective. You made mistakes and learned from them and that’s still worth something.

I’m 30 and have been jobless for the last ten years. But I never gave up on myself, I am willing to improve and my passion for self improvement is visible to my friends and family. I’m studying now and I’m doing great at it. I used to be worried about “catching up on lost time” or “when am I finally getting my life together”

But now I only care about passing my classes. I care about being here for my family now and helping out when I can. I care about being involved in my church community and lending a hand to those who need it.

I’m a valuable asset as I am. I don’t need to be fixed and neither do you. You are valuable as you are.

The Witch-King said "no Man can kill me". Race, not gender.

And yes, it was her line & gender that ultimately killed the Witch-King in the movie, because Tom Bombadil was basically written out and the Hobbits did not have their numenorean daggers, which is how Merry originally made this kill possible.

In mid 2020, one person at work thinking I was a bitch for ignoring and not talking to her cost me a promotion, friends, totally ruined my mental health for a long while, and nearly cost me my job. The reason I didn’t talk to her much? She was hired during lockdown when everyone was WFH and we worked in healthcare admin so we were all pretty bloody busy. I met her in person for the first time at the HR meeting for her complaints against me for workplace bullying.

If her opinion of me had been brought up with me and made my business before she went to HR, I wouldn’t have had to deal with that circus in addition to the hell scape that was 2020.

Fear of failure doesn't exist, why would you fear something you expected, we don't fear the known but instead the unknown..that's why I think people actually fear success ..because then shit gets real

Sometimes how others perceive you is literally your business, as in, the trajectory of your career can depend on it.

Maybe learn something like an instrument, language, drawing, programming... Something creative like that would be my go to but everyone is different. Being content is often mistaken for being unambitious. You do you.
