What is unfair is that you regret it because you have the wisdom you gained from passing through it.
You're smart enough not to make those mistakes, but past you didn't have your experience.

Same! I used to try to do my work outs in the afternoons/evenings after work, but it was so easy to make excuses & eventually I’d drop the routine.
1st thing in the morning workouts are 100% the key to my consistency. Haven’t missed a day (aside from when I was away on holidays or had COVID) in 1.5 years.
