When I get up in the morning I put my yoga clothes on, ignore every single excuse that jumps into my head - do the workout then start the rest of my morning. I swear this is what’s made me do a 15 min yoga/gentle stretch every single work day for 1.5 years (so far)

I feel you! I’m having a lot of trouble with my screen time lately. But generally, what I like to do during my “no screen time” is read a book or have a little stretching session in my pjs before bed while putting a soothing music and lighting some candles. I’m personally not big on meditation, but that’s something you could do. Having a shower before bed time is apparently also great to improve your sleep.

Not sure if this counts as “screen time”, but just listening to music while laying in bed could be quite relaxing

Or you know, sometimes life is just too much. I've read somewhere that life gives you only what you can handle and it feels like life has the wrong person, I cannot handle the things I've been given. Wrong address life! Take it back!
