My favorite motivation quote. My own interpretation, is that only dreaming about riches/freedom will keep those thoughts obsessed in your head, and lead nowhere. Having action and making peace with your desires will ultimately lead to satisfaction/happiness.

The body stores pain and trauma and the longer you hold it in and not cry, the worse it gets and more it effects you. Healthy cries are important, the difference matters between feeling vs dwelling.
