For some reason I think it is stupid. It’s almost like congratulating the loser of a race by telling them they’re the last winner. Here’s a better thought: For every person that tells you it is impossible, point up at the moon or straight up to the sky and tell them we thought it was impossible to go up into pass and fly to the moon a long time ago. Yet somehow it happened. Impossible is just a lazy guy’s way of saying: I don’t want to exert enough effort to change.

So never shooting for the stars and settling? That's pretty depressing.
Why not try and if you fail take solace in that you tried your best. Even if you wind up as some brokeass failure waiting tables in Hollywood applying and failing to get an acting career until your old and have no options, at least you won't regret never trying. You can always take solace in that your misery will end along with your body someday.

I’m proud of you, what you have achieved just reading your journey (I’m autistic and dyslexic it was a hard read without some paragraphs but I got there!) Well done and here’s to a happy, healthy and successful life moving forward 🤞🏼🏆🎓🤍🪩💪🏼

This may be true, the key is that “how is it even possible?” usually can’t be answered. Life is too short to try out all the paths to make everything possible. The essence is to make practical/sensible aims so you can reach it within your lifetime, or the timeframe you desire.

Look into a crossfit type of excercise program. If you can find a good program to follow, it really gives you all round functional strength, stamina and fitness. It worked wonders for me as m40 starting from almost zero to being in good shape.

Glad to know there's someone else who's also in the same road.. I wish you luck on your journey. I also suggest walking/brisk, it helps with stamina (atleast for me.) Sort of create a routine too. [Example: Using the stationary bike on one day then walking on the next day (honestly any form of Light exercise that day). Or you could rest that day.] But do what's comfortable for you. Don't forget to take it slow and to trust the process.

Thanks, I'm just trying to start too. Doing a Real Appeal program through my health insurance company, and it's free! You just helped me start to do something!! I did your two suggested exercises and got my heart rate up to 88.

For sure but have you noticed that work culture has shifted earlier in the day for everyone so it’s more and more difficult to commute

Jesus Christ is the way I know I might get a lot of hate and a lot of back lash for this but I know this will help I see here you can’t chase religion and can’t find anything interesting if you get a chance one day pray to Jesus Christ and just talk to him about whatever you’re feeling I’ve done this and stuff I was worried about and never told anybody people I barely knew had messages for me about my situation and my life I know I might get a lot of hate for what I’m saying but I’m just trying to reach out and help God bless you

Do you like games? I do and I play Pokémon go which makes my daily walks a lot more fun. Definitely helps me with adding exercise to my day—I have to walk 50km per week to meet goals in the game.
