Tbh what types of treatments the wealthy are getting that middle class can't get with good savings? I'm just confused cause I don't know any treatments middle or at least upper middle class can't get.

You would think that the materials orbiting around up there would be worth recovery should someone be savvy enough to retrieve a sizable amount cheap enough to turn a profit from recycling. Re-entry might even complete some of the process.
Big ass electromagnet roomba that uses re-entry to melt most of it down somehow IDK. Maybe that big ass vacuum maid from space balls.

In the realm of near term possibility? AI that runs all transportation on our roads so there are no accidents or traffic jams.
Pie in the sky? AI personal assistant that everyone gets from birth and learns preferences and unique individual needs. Keeps you (or your legal guardian) informed of what it thinks you need and unless told otherwise acts on its understanding of you.
Middle of the road possible? An AI that knows everyone's political preferences from day to day, allowing individuals to passively vote on every single issue. No more congress. A president with minimal power mostly to represent the people abroad and a government that actually works towards the people's mandate. In short, AI run direct democracy.
