Should Moraine Lake be the logo for this sub? I can't count the number of times I've seen it posted. Shoot, I posted a picture of it that I took like 8 years ago.

Is the Aurora Australis usually this pink? As opposed to more green. We had aurora borealis in south of sweden the past two nights. Primarily green with some pink at times.

That's nearby to where your picture was taken, but it's several kilometers to the northwest. Look at the shape of the mountain and compare it to your picture - doesn't line up. Your picture is of Mount Wilson, the mountain visible in the streetview link is Mount Amery.

Either way, this is still along the North Saskatchewan River. The Athabasca River is in Jasper National Park - this is in Banff.

I'm really digging this. I feel like I've dreamed something like this before.
