I get you there. Even if you're not spiritual or religious, spending a few moments there you totally and completely understand how these places came to be sacred to the native peoples all over the Southwest.

I feel this in my soul. We were in Canyonlands last January for 4 days and only ran across a handful of people the whole time. It was like having the world to ourselves. It was such a reboot for me.

You aren’t kidding… the Nevada wastelands are some of the most desolate moonscapes I’ve ever seen. If I never see it again, I’ll be just fine.

Mossbrae isn’t bad. You can walk alongside the tracks for most of the trail, but you really do have to constantly listen for trains. There hasn’t been a time where I haven’t run across one.

Potential is a cool swimming hole and falls. I’d recommend checking it out. There’s a waterfall loop in the area where you can see over a dozen waterfalls in a single weekend. You can check it out via a simple Google search…I’ll have to do a blog post on it one day.

How is it getting to moss. I chickened out when I found out that the train tracks were active. I have some mobility issues so got spooked. Have you been to Potum love spending day there
