My thoughts about this Earth as a spiritual poem:
Amidst the rolling hills and the soaring trees,
Nature's beauty fills me with such ease.
From the rustling leaves to the babbling brook,
I find peace in every nook.
The colors of the world, so vibrant and true,
The deepest greens, the brightest blues.
The mountains stand tall, the oceans so wide,
The earth's wonders, an endless tide.
The sun that rises and sets every day,
The moon and stars that light the way,
All remind me of this world's vastness,
Of its majesty and its greatness.
So let us cherish this earth we call home,
Let us strive to keep it pure and roam,
For the beauty it holds is truly rare,
A gift for all, a treasure to share.

Not the badlands national park. Just an area affectionately known as the badlands of Utah. Nevada?

The Badlands are in South Dakota. This is in Nevada near a wonderful little town called Hanksville and Capitol Reef National Park.

If you want to go more upscale, the painted pony is also excellent. There's an art gallery in the same complex, as well, for an all-in-one date night.

Well so was a significant portion of the US that don’t look that way. It’s a mixed function of the ancient geologic history, an incredibly arid present (Utah is the second driest in the nation following Nevada), and the erosive power of the wind and water that is present, most of the real otherworldly shit is on the Colorado plateau.

Nice! I’ve got some shots on my website from the Sandhills trails. I also went after Ian because it was just about the only trail left open in central Florida.

Ahhh! An EarthPorn post I’ve been to! You could get lost here for hours.
I also milled around the Sandhills not far from here but the mosquitos were too much for me… I went right after Ian without any bug spray, though, so that’s on me.
