Yeah I’ve dug into pretty much every climbing movie I could find at this point.

I recently went through a climbing movie phase and I am not a climber.
I want to recommend the movie Valley Uprising (2014). It's a feel good doc about the history and legends of climbers that have inhabited the valley and how the culture evolved to what it is today.
Another recommendation of a movie about a climber that is even more extreme than Honnold is The Alpinist.

Firstly, thank you.
Secondly, with a little bit of know how and a lot of luck. Firefalls ( Horsetail Falls ) is a section of granite on the east side of El Capitan in Yosemite. In February for a few weeks each year the sun hits this part of the wall just right. Now of course you need a waterfall so that means there needs to be plenty of snowmelt or precipitation and it has to be a clear sunny day and warm enough not to freeze. Otherwise, get your reservations make the trek and find the spot and the rest is easy!

Non-climbers probably picture The Nose when they think of El cap though, even if they don't know the name.

I think Dawn Wall is a better documentary. You pretty much know the outcome of Free Solo, because the guy is providing narration to the movie, after all. But DW is just that pure "triumph of the human spirit" kinda fuck yeah mood.

The first time I was there we stayed at Currie (sp?) village. It is near the base of glacier peak. It is crazy how small you feel in the place. When you drive out everything feels so small.

This looks like a painting. It's amazing that places like this, heaven on earth exist!

Appropriately named based on its history "According to legend, the park is so named because of its use as a natural corral by cowboys in the 19th century, where horses often died of exposure."

I am not a religious person but I’ve had two experiences that one would consider spiritual. The first was one I was atop the back bowls of vail. The second was Yosemite.

That is one of the most beautiful shots I've seen. I use it as a screensaver. Hope that's ok.

Not about size but quality. The picture of already in really high quality so I think OP must be seeing it in an app that downscale it out something.

Only the weekends. Weekdays are still fine afaik. Yosemite is the best on a Tuesday.
It's still crazy that so many people show up for this. Every time I've stayed in the valley in winter it feels like it's just me, the rangers, and the quintessential random old man with the RV. Then I go in summer and it feels like I'm at the mall right when school ends.
