Thanks. iPhones aren’t great for landscape photography, but you can get a good pic once in a while with just the right lighting.

I had to zoom in. I thought the "unlucky victim" was an avalanche victim that was discovered after the snow melted away, left as nothing but bones hung up against a tree stump.

They aren't actually painted. Those are natural colors from sedimentary rock. The title is an embellishment.

It’s minerals in the sedimentary rock that make it appear to be painted, but occurs naturally. OP didn’t actually paint anything.

So if Na Pali is real, do Skaarj and Flak Cannons exist, too?

I can hear music by Musk Ox playing when I look at this. Tremendous moody atmosphere.

I think you did a great job, but in the future please don’t paint the hoodoos. They are natural wonders and if everyone who visited the park painted just one, there would be none left in their natural state for people to see

Used to be a candidate for a lonely tree photo, set apart on a small peninsula on the high side of the lake. We guessed what happened from the top of the tree in the lake quite a ways away (the tree's fate later confirmed by Forest Service Ranger we met up there).
