Yeah, the gravel will allow the water to drain properly. I'd put down some rolls of weed blocker, so nothing grows up through it. Then pour gravel and you're done.

Imagining the same thing but at a budget.

That’s what I was thinking too. It gets really slippery when wet so I was considering just putting some rocks in there.

I can imagine some nice rock with stepping stones (no grass). Potted plants/trees lining the house and a few hangers on the fence.

With it sloping away from your house, it's doubtful you need the expense of a french drain.
Throw a bunch of gravel back there and call it a day.

That would be too risky for me. Replace the tank.

remove red dot from handle, find allen screw underneath, loosen. remove handle. loosen retaining nut, this should allow the arm to pivot once again. put handle back on, tighten allen screw, replace red dot. wash dishes.

If you weren't having water issues you could buy an insert window and keep the old window jambs. You probably won't be able to get a cheap vinyl (pvc) in an insert, but in a clad window you can.

Concrete stepping stones and potted plants, if you want any. The cracks between should avoid any excess water going into your neighbor’s yard.

You want to first direct any pooling water away from that area. Even if you do a base and pavers, if a lot of water collects its going to wash away the base and your going to get pavers that will start sinking. As for keeping the pavers retained, a concrete retainer would be best.

Unless you have really good insurance and want new floors anyway
I'll see myself out.

Replacement is the best option. Turn off the water valve for the toilet until you can replace the toilet. Turn the water on just to flush, then turn it off.

Yep, a couple different approaches.
I'm usually brought in at the 'I tried to install this nest, and it isn't working' stage of troubleshooting, so it's already been fiddled with and can no longer be trusted.

Vartans? A friend had one of those tanks break on the third floor of her new bought townhouse the night they closed. They didn’t move into the house that night, they went over in the morning and saw water coming out the front door. All the floors had to be replaced.

I’d dig out and remove some dirt in high areas or around basins. Then lay down weed barrier. Then throw down a few yards of black star gravel. Could put some slate stones on it to make a walking path if wanted.

Underneath the sink is a mounting nut that hold the faucet in place. I would first try to loosen this a bit so you can lift the faucet and clean the area, check if there is gasket that might be damaged holding it in place. Dont lift too high as you still have the water hoses connected.

Definitely a consideration, I was hoping it could just be a quick disassemble and reassemble. Replacing it would be more of something I'd like to do down the road with a kitchen remodel/refresh.

Some trailers are really nice. Some houses are really awful. Don't take it to heart, my guy.

If you dont care about aesthetics you can use 10 min epoxy on porcelain but to be even more cautious it would be better to replace the whole toilet

Seems to be a pfister shelton model based on my limited search at Lowes.com. Being a cheap piece of crap would track considering the other half-assed 'renovations' this condo received from the previous owner.

Can you tear out the old trim and the window so you can address the leak, reinstall trim that fits the same footprint, then install a window inside the trim?

You can get interlocking gravel base, which will keep the gravel from migrating. It also helps you get level surface since the sides allow you to visually identify low spots.
