Is your 24x76 wallspace already framed with wall framing, or is that just the dimension of a wall area that has no existing door, window, outlet, switch, or other obstruction?

if you get prehung door that fits, you could drill holes thru frame into concrete, use anchor into concrete and attach the door that way. It'll be tough to do and keep plumb.

Take a picture. But all you need to hang a door is 1xs for your jamb, a ripped 1x to cover gaps around the edge of the doors openings then either a solid core slab door you cut down to fit, or build your own. If you go build your own route, I can walk you through that but you'd need a few tools (circular saw, either a saw guide, or a long straight edge and clamps, 1 inch trim screws, wood glue and material)

Well that's not confusing at all, lol.
Here's my guess: the 4 conductor wire (black/white/red/ground) is coming from the breaker box (with everything disconnected the red/black wires would be hot with the breaker on) and the 3 conductor wire (black/white/ground) feeds the rest of the circuit.
You'd want to use the red wire (hot) to the brass screw and a pigtailed* white wire (neutral) connected to the other white wires to the silver screw. Pigtail* a ground wire with the other ones and put it on the green screw. The black (hot) wires don't need to be touched.
I would also wrap those ground wires up with electrical tape and/or cover the connections on the back of the new part because with those connections being open and the ground wires not being shielded there's a good chance of creating a short as you shove everything together when you're done.
*explanation video here
Edit: Didn't think about it being a switched outlet like the other post says. Haven't had to deal with those so feel free to ignore all but the last part about eliminating the possibility of a short.

Sorry if that's over explained. You need a white pigtail and hook the red straight to the gold screw. Make a hook on the end of the wire to go under the screw.
wardseths t1_j7x61lm wrote
Two whites are neutrals going onto the silver screw. You'll need a third wire coming from the two whites to connect to the light socket. The red goes straight to the gold screw. It's the return wire from the black hots in that box go to the switch and come back on the red to turn it on. If you wanted the light to be on all the time you'd hook into the blacks.

Your seeing the point only experiential education points out hence the need to make a point for others to point out.

They look like 1/2" squares, in which case a .50 caliber cleaning mop would allow you to brush each square individually. Yes, that's tedious, but probably the only option that doesn't involve disassembly.
Too small? Try shotgun mops. This 20/28 gauge may fit.

Unscrew it and take it to the car wash for a pressure washing.

I would just pull it out and get a new one. Those are light diffusers they sell them at pretty much any hardware store cheap and easy to cut.
Or just pull it out and spray with a hose

Is that not a thumbscrew on the left for removing the grille? Or yes it is, but the wood frame blocks removal?
If it can't come out, and vacuuming doesn't work, you could blast it with compressed air. It for sure will make a mess, and you'll have to clean your filter after, but it should work.
Unless that is greasy dust that sticks onto the surface then I think you're looking at using a damp cloth (or toothbrush like Mysterious-Ad7019 mentioned) and going 1 by 1 to clean them out.

This feels like the best option. Sadly I think there’s no getting away from the fact that it won’t drain properly; thinking of going down the sandbox/grass box route.

No balcony here, it’s the garden of a house. But I do think the sandbox idea may work well for the occasional use required!

He’s walked twice a day every day without fail & this won’t be changing when we move. The garden (although fairly large) is far from his sole source of enrichment!
I know from current experience, however, that he still semi-regularly uses the garden for pees & the occasional poo. It’s just a reality for us I’m afraid. So looking for a solution that avoids a stink!

Cheap white vinegar from the grocery store mixed with 3 parts water and poured over the plastic grass with a watering can will kill off the urine smell very effectively.
I don't know about your location but I can get generic branded white vinegar 2 litres for $1.40 where I am.

you're getting shit on but youre absolutely right.
I wouldn't let my dog pee on a concrete pad covered in turf. That's basically peeing on carpet.
Vickyinredditland t1_j7tw1u1 wrote
It's doable, I used artificial grass on the patio to potty train my puppy. White vinegar gets rid of the smell, along with regular rinsing, but it does get smelly fast so I would try and either fence off a section or train your dog to only go in one small area, to make it more manageable.
