Use a feather duster? A vaccum? A damp cloth on the end of a stick.

Use R8 batts for 2.5" walls and cross cut them. How many square feet of walls do you have?

Yes, cover the particle board with 1/2" or 5/8" drywall depending on your preference.

Make sure the heat isn't running, and use a hose attachment with bristles on your vacuum.

They make diamond wire/cable saws for stuff like this. Maybe something like that would work?

Removing tape may also mess up dry paint. There is no winning

They weren’t fooling around. But, bare wood against concrete may start to rot. If your foundation isn’t damp-proofed and we’ll drained.

Since I don't know the temperatures around your parts, I would be looking at the R values. But, 1 1/2 board does a decent job.

It's not a load bearing wall, but the studs are tapcon to the concrete wall. The spaces are 24" on centre. I found some, they're just a lot more expensive

I've been pricing things out and you are right. I think I'm going to do rigid foam and just cut it to size around the framing and used spray foam for any gaps.. I have about 88 sq. ft and the price is around $224 for 2in....What do you think about 1 1/2 inch?

If its an interior door I would cut a piece of wood in the 35 mm range and thinner than the door. Then nail or glue it to the bottom of the door. Being thinner the obvious seam will not be too annoying. If you need even less gap I would do the same then add a brush type door sweep.

This is the exterior door, I hope? You could remove the door and add more material to the bottom (wood). You could switch out the door with a larger one. You could add some trim below the door, but then that’ll be where people walk, and 20mm is probably too much unless you change the floor heights or add a ramp.
Any other pertinent details?

Don’t load the brush with paint and jam it in the tape!!! Use a small brush. Dip in paint and “scrap off” all the excess paint several times. Then gently brush the top of the baseboard working you way to the tape with VERY LITTLE paint on the brush!!! Work to not touch the tape.

‘Paint’ the tape with plain water about 10 minutes before you paint. Causes the frog tape to creat a seal. Peal tape off before paint dries.

Reply to Capacitance control? by Significant-Quail250
The traditional solution to this is to have a multi-stage system, each stage being a capacitor, a coil, and a trigger circuit. Each stage is triggered as the projectile approaches it, using either a light gate or a hall effect sensor.

If the room is empty and you are prepared to cleanup afterward... An electric leaf blower.
Used it when moving out of a house and prepping to sell. Just blast them and use a vac to clean up whatever comes out. Cleaned a dozen 50's era radiators in under an hour.
