CMU, no termite powder treatment or anything just standard. LACKS a metal termite shield however so I want to leave a 1/2 gap to monitor for tubes.
The company that installed the vapor barrier up the walls does encaps too. They drilled and used a plastic one-way fastener.

Thanks. I would’ve been turning it right all day otherwise.

Thanks everyone for your input, I was able to take the P-trap out, but there was nothing in it.
Whats my next move here? I tried looking inside the tube that the P-trap is attached to but couldn't see much. Should I get a snake and start from that point?
Theres also this lid right next to the tube that connects to the wall, should I open that and pour drain-o in it instead?

Depends on a bunch of factors. Relative humidity. Temperature. Airflow. Volume of space.
If you don't want to work through insurance (which is why I assume you are in DIY) you have a few options but you have to move fast. Personally since it's grey water not black water, I would forgo a restoration company like ServPro and head down to your local equipment rental place and get one of their dehumidifiers and a big ass fan. Run those for 48 hours. If it were me I would also sample drywall with a moisture meter both before and after.
That's what ServPro/Octagon/restoration firm is going to do anyway. They might also tell you that they need to knock out the bottom foot of your drywall, which really isn't the case if it wasn't black water and you act now but that's what they'll tell you.

Thank you for the idea. Do you know whether using the spray foam hindered the flow of water? You know, just in case should any end up inside the siding during rain/storm.

You were right. A sheathing appears to be there. Also some noticeable gaps between the foundation and the bottom plate. Next up is to lay a bead. Thanks!.

The fact the tape is there implies the fittings were also probably over-tightened by someone who didn’t know better. Over tightening will just make the leak worse!

Hey, I have another question. I’m hearing the water line pipes may not be suitable for water. What do you think?
Here are some better pictures of the pIpes:
Do you have any advice based on these pictures? Like does the pipe need to be removed? Or is it fine as is? If it should be replaced, what do you think I should use to replace it with?

I don't understand why the sink keeps filling up? Is it a double basin sink with a disposal on one side?
