The problem with demonstrating a basic competence of a skill is that others who do not have even that much expect you to do things for them far beyond your competence level. Carpentry, photography, cooking... doesn't matter.

Only in the least cases its actually because of laziness and lack of drive. Most of the time, I feel, its because people are too wrapped up in their everydaylife

She's a full-time student working a full-time job while raising a toddler. We're both already pretty busy folks.
Edit: I'm DIY/carpentry and she's landscaping/flower beds

Thank you! I figured compressor based was the best for getting a nice even professional level coat with all paints. If I'm painting cabinets, an airless will still give even, professional looking results?
