I like: Route 146 through Guilford, Route 148 (Chester), Northrup in Bridgewater and other nearby roads, 67 around Roxbury, 199 Roxbury to Washington, drive around Lake Waramaug. Most of Route 7. I also just like driving along coast from Milford to West Haven. Gulf St is gorgeous at sunset.

Route 53/58 around reservoirs in Redding/Weston.

East Rock and Prospect Hill New Haven has really gorgeous houses to explore. Driving up East Rock Park is really cool when it’s open. East Haddam Swing Bridge is gorgeous. Lots of nice roads around East Haddam and Lyme’s. Gillette Park. Love driving around Fenwick (watch out for golf balls!). Drive around Southport Harbor.

make sure that you have the sound recording on! so if you ever see anything on the road you can read out license plate numbers for the recording

Regardless of what they are saying now, I’d be surprised if they did. The theater business in general isn’t doing well, several movie theaters across the state have closed in the past year. A drive in that can realistically only operate at best for maybe 4 months out of the year is probably an extremely difficult business to run profitably even if the theater business was running gangbusters.

Not a very long drive (like 10-15 mins) but Route 302 from Newtown into Bethel is a nice drive. Always loved doing it super late at night because it feels so dark and creepy.

They’ve risen because of inflation. The cost to replace parts is higher so they go up accordingly. Mine didn’t rise much though.

From reading this newer story it seems like there were two pairs of siblings involved. Don't know why parents would let a bunch of kids that young go out that late unsupervised though.

I really find this list out of touch. I posted awhile ago how someone can live on minimum wage. The issue is my imaginary person could only spend $900 to $1000 max on an apartment. Even at 17 something an hour that's all you could afford.

Most people want Milford and you need at least $1500 to $1700 usually.

West Haven, New Haven, and Waterbury have cheaper options, but it's not usually what people want.
